please dont use ipad app because it required you to pay via itunes. and cost you double...
What's great about it: easy steps
What's not so great: dont use ipad app

Over all, this is a great tax service, will use again & again!
What's great about it: Always dependable, offers advise if needed, cost, so easy
What's not so great: Though in the past that all prior year was transferred, asked a few questions that I had to pull the prior year for.

Quick and Easy

I am an avid procrastinator. That being said, I have never filed my taxes late and never will, despite waiting til the last minute. But TurboTax is so quick and easy, I can file my taxes worry-free in one evening! I tried another brand of tax software once, and it was HORRIBLE. Unlike TurboTax, the other software was hard to use, used confusing jargon, and I felt like I was doing everything on my own. TurboTax makes it easy to understand by explaining everything in such a way that even a teenager could understand, and it asks me about all the deductions, so it does all the footwork for me. I have never used anything except TurboTax since. I used to do my taxes on paper, but that took forever. TurboTax is the best way to file taxes. Period.
What's great about it: It's in laymen's terms, not fancy jargon; quick and easy to complete and file
What's not so great: Only that I had to re-add some info at the end of my state return

Turbo Tax is great, but it is clunky and awkward if you have to file in more than one state. I am very disappointed - and I have been using the program for over a decade.

Turbo Tax is a real time and money saver. i always dreaded taxes, the seeming complexity and the money spent on expensive tax services. Now, not only do i save the money otherwise spent on overpriced tax services (while getting the same or better refund), but i also have a better understanding of the tax system itself, which makes it go much faster.
Turbo Tax is awesome, i will never have to use anything else ever again!

2014 tax year processing

I like using turbo tax each year. The only issue I have is that I can not link a purchased copy with the online submittal. I am paying twice. Also I chose to use my state as the free state and it did not give it to me. Otherwise Turbotax is great
What's great about it: The program leads you all the way and checks each section
What's not so great: told me that I had a free state and then didn't give it to me. charged me online fees after I bought turbo tax .
