Great product that I have used for years and will continue to do so! My only complaint is that I have two sole proprietor income sources and for some reason TT does not do a good job of assigning the correct percentage of my overall business expenses to each Schedule C - when using the Easy Guide that is. The good thing is that I can easily go to the Forms section and enter the correct amounts manually. If Intuit could address this it would be very helpful!
What's great about it: Easy walkthrough + actual forms
What's not so great: Doesn't calculate expenses for two+ businesses accurately

Worked fine . . . until time to submit!

It is inexcusable that I had to consult Google to figure out how to kick Turbo Tax out of an update loop on my Mac. Electronic submission kept failing and I was asked to check updates each time. I had to search the topic and it seemed to be nothing more than turning off Turbo Tax and emptying my trash but still that should have been part of the Turbo Tax process. I consider that fact that this didn't work without a Google search and a work-around a defect in Turbo Tax's programming for the Mac version. After years of trouble-free use I found this glitch extremely aggravating, though I was able to work around the block and submit my taxes on time. Turbo's only solution was to submit by mail! Right.
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: When time to submit for ePay I got stuck in an update loop on my Mac and had to search Google for solution.

Easy to use & Always Correct !!

Best price - step by step guide means I Don't have to know the tax laws. Couldn't do my return without Turbo Tax. Makes a difficult process easy. Used Turbo tax for many years. I'm retired.
What's great about it: Guidies you thru everything- just answer questions correctly

I find Turbo Tax has simplified doing my taxes every year. I now know exactly what papers I will need, and this way I do

What's not so great: Paying to e-file State Return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I took the tour instead of doing it alone and Turbotax walked me through each step. There were links to definitions, the explanations were clear...I had no complicated items to deal with so that may impact someone else's experience, but I think anyone would find this product simple and easy to use.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, thorough
What's not so great: None, really
