pretty straightforward and basic for filing the long forms.
What's great about it: easy to follow through each step
What's not so great: difficult to fix "errors" sometimes

I have used this program since the 1990's and I still love it and trust it.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything I needed to do!!!
What's not so great: Didn't get a refund :(

in general it was a good experience. Some of the Q's about deductibles that were asked in the business section were confusing. Otherwise, it's the best program for DIY's!
What's great about it: the template is easy to work through

The product is good and seems accurate. It is quite irritating when returning to an area to correct something when the program doesn't remember what you have selected. I make you select again and again each time you review the are.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: Doesn't alsways remember what you have selected.

Overall, I really like TurboTax which is why I keep coming back. The part that needs the most improvement is navigating through the s/w AFTER my first time through. I would prefer if all of the questions were radio buttons that SAVED MY LAST ANSWER. This way I can more quickly run through the questions again to get to the real content I came back to fill-in.
Example:
Federal Taxes --> I'll choose what I work on --> Deductions & Credits --> HSA, MSA Contributions --> Now I need to click through a whole series of Q's again and repeat answers like "Was Lauren ever involved in a family plan during 2013?"

Example: I would like a check box that would allow me to default to "I'll choose what I work on" so I don't have to choose it every time I go back to a home screen.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand
What's not so great: I really do NOT like the navigation after the first time through

Solid standard product

This year I went back to the desktop version as I've had problems with the online version in the past. Tried to make corrections and it wouldn't process it. Had to completely delete and restart return.
What's great about it: Years of experience and my files incorporated
What's not so great: Found the online version to be problematic in the past

You make it so easy!!

This makes everything so much less overwhelming. I had a lot of different areas to deal with, both income and expenses. I do not think I could have done this on my own without your program. I have used it for a number of years and I really trust that what I send in is correct.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Liked it all.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Always finds extra savings which is a help for regular people in a stagnant economy for the middle class.
I really like being able to work on it over the course of days rather than having to do it all at once.
