great Job

Not bad for I do regular taxes but this was definitely user friendly. Some of the wording could have been written for a lower level user. In some places, it got too vague and technical.
What's great about it: User friendly and easy to do.
What's not so great: A little confusing to follow the flow of the form.

Drudgery and Anguish relief

II no long anguish over doing our taxes and the drudgery that goes with it. I don't much care for technology...but this is one of the few that I feel grateful for.

Taxes made easy

I use Turbo Tax every year for my family of three and it saves a ton of time just transferring last years data over. Love it. There was one disappointment this year because you charged me for all three the State e-filings even though you claims to give one for free.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step instructions
What's not so great: Charged my credit card for a state refund even after saying it was free.

TurboTax Deluxe

I had sold my condo last year in a short sale, & didn't have a clue how to deal with all its paperwork! TurboTax asked all the right questions, selected all the appropriate forms, & my return was done very quickly. It looked like I knew what I was doing, even many of the Forms I'd never even heard of! I'd been putting it off for months, thinking I'd owe taxes on the cancellation of debt, but TurboTax reassured me that I was exempt from paying taxes on that amount. What a relief!. I just should have done my taxes earlier, instead of being so afraid.
What's great about it: Easy to use, selected all the appropriate forms for me.
What's not so great: I'd used free TurboTax last year, had only a PDF copy, so couldn't import data. Had to enter all info by hand.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

If the error message had mentioned removing the disk, I would have had no problems. As it was, I updated four times, tried to file four times, and then had to contact your help people.
What's great about it: easy to use, good explanations when i had questions.
What's not so great: Nothing told me to remove the disk after installing on hard drive. s a result I couldn't e-file.
