Spent so much and have to pay extra to e file a state return.
What's not so great: could not get itsdeductible to transfer correct amounts. Tried everything. Always got different amounts.

Easy and expert

Interview style keeps things easy to follow. The content is expert and well explained. Once you've started, the next year is even better, thanks to the carry-forward of data from one year to the next.

The computer interface is very good, help is just that, helpful and allows you to dig into it more and more. Also like that "not common" indications when trying to figure out if this applies to me. Would highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Fast to go through, found extra deductions and helped save me lots of extra money
What's not so great: Don't understand the tax system quite as well, especially things that are not applicable to me
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Fast, Precise and Inexpensive

Takes the stress out of taxes. Walks me thru each category so I don't miss a thing. It's so easy to use too. I can skip things that don't apply to me and I can go into details on the things that do.
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through every detail at whatever pace you select. Ensures you don't forget anything.
What's not so great: I haven't experienced any cons in the 6 years I have used TurboTax.

Even I Can Do It

There were a few more areas where I needed extra information (compared to last year), but for the most part, these questions were answered without much digging.
What's great about it: Everything in an orderly fashion. Questions & Explanations Great.
What's not so great: Had trouble with where to place my Dental Insurance Premium deduction, & home upgrade information.

Easiest version to date

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and the last couple of years saw a very nice set of improvements. This year's version is even more refined and easy to use. I was able to do my taxes in record time.
What's great about it: Logical process, easy to follow, imported virtually all my investment info

Turbo Tax Keeps Me Sane

Tax season is a pain for everyone, or if it is not a pain it's expensive because you get your taxes done by pros. Turbo Tax lets me save money by doing my own taxes but keeps me from losing my mind trying to figure things out alone. This program makes things as simple and stress free as doing your taxes can be.
What's great about it: I love not having to sort through and figure out all the extra forms.
What's not so great: I don't like that I'd have to pay for the real Audit Defense.
