Just like last year, the process was a snap and the level of detail was extremely deep and thorough. Some deductions were a pleasant surprise and I encourage everybody to use this product.
What's great about it: Fast, Detailed and Easy

If possible, I would like to have some opportunities to review the 1040 pages during the process.
Often I have to go back and correct something I did wrong on an earlier page. Turbo tax did a great job recalculating and holding my hand. I was delighted last year to find that you even handle a K-1. Kudos!!! But the tension was a bit high again this year because I forgot how I did it last year. All I remembered was that it could be done.
Most of the explanations are just superb. That's how I caught some earlier mistakes.
What's great about it: So good it even walks me through an MLP schedule K-1
What's not so great: Don't understand some items, i.e., what is this; where does it go?

ALL DONE IN A SHORT TIME

TT said that a new Schedule A was due 12/31/13 and here it is 4/11/14, only 4 days until Tax day and the the program still had this warning. I downloaded all updates on 4/10 & 4/11 but the note remained. My return includes a Schedule A so I am not sure what that message meant but it was somewhat disconcerting. I went into the Q&A section but received no explanation.
The only other complaint I have is that as I was going through each income and each deduction category, as I finished each type it returned me to the top of the page with the list and I had to scroll down, an annoying waste of time.
These are the minor foibles that I found in an otherwise super program. I have used TT for many years and plan to continue for many more.
What's great about it: TT seems to know EVERYTHING!
What's not so great: A continuing notice that a revised schedule A was needed

Easiest Tax Return Ever!

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to do your taxes! Especially if you do Turbo Tax every year. Turbo Tax will transfer all your information from one year to the next. I love Turbo Tax. I can do my taxes so quick with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to input all my information
What's not so great: There is nothing I don't like about Turbo Tax

Good Experience

Overall, I like using Turbo Tax. I've used it for a few years now. The one thing I don't like is searching for answers to my questions. It's not easy to find the right answer. Recommend improving the filter to assist with this process. Also, when I submitted questions, I never did find the questions I submitted and, hence, didn't see any responses. Other than this, it's a good product.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Accurate
