Easy to navigate

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The difficulties I experienced in past years navigating the questions and backing up are gone. I appreciate the positive changes.

Turbo Tax is our go to tax prep software - it is a great value, easy to use and reliable! The guidance is outstanding! It makes tax prep so much less painful! It can be done at home with no waiting or interruptions to my busy schedule!
What's great about it: quick, straightforward and found $ in places I didn't know about!
What's not so great: Seriously? Did you really expect any cons?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Truly easy! I tried another well-known tax preparer's software a few years ago. It was a few dollars cheaper. It was SO confusing and difficult to follow! It was not at all intuitive. I worked with it for a few days and I finally just spent the extra money and bought Turbo Tax! I was out the original money for the other program. It was SO well worth the money just to get it done! I truly LOVE Turbo Tax! Sounds weird, but Turbo Tax saves SO MANY headaches!
What's great about it: Step by step, and then you're done!

You Solved my Crisis!

I had a desktop computer crash in the middle of preparing my returns. Your staff helped me restore the software to my laptop and walked me through the restoration of data. I was so very impressed with the patience and helpfulness of the tax professionals you provided by telephone. I can't thank you enough! I've been a TurboTax user for several years and will definitely be a loyal subscriber In the future.
What's great about it: The software was easy to use and inexpensive.
