What's great about it: breezed right thru!

Easy to use, it guides you all the necessary steps. It also lets you select areas you want to review alone. Before the program starts it updates itself with the latest tax information out there. Great, I will use it again!

Easy to navigate complicated tax waters

Got through doing 2nd year of business and new airbnb business in a snap with low audit risk. Yay me!
What's great about it: flexible, comprehensive, fast
What's not so great: comprehensive means lots of questions & that's OK
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for many years and as always it was simply a matter of answering the questions to complete our taxes. You might say it was even kind of fun!

Great product. But I want the refund numbers to display in green like they used to, not plain old white.

What's not so great: Go back to green letters when you are getting a refund.

In future, able to include state tax filing in price of the software?

Overall a very good product. Easy to follow. A bit of an adjustment for someone used to filling out the paper forms for many years. Really would be helpful to see the actual form being filled in, beside the questions/answers.
What's great about it: Instructions are clearly and simply presented in the question and answer format.
What's not so great: I want to see each form beside the questions that are related.
