Print Difficulty

A bit of "print" clarification would be helpful. It seems that the "fit to page" option must be selected before the entirity of each full page will be printed. As an example, line 38 prints with only a minor top portion showing. (I printed the entire return before noticing this.)
Not everyone is computer literate, and may not know what to do to resolve the issue.
What's not so great: Full page did not print.

User Friendly!!

Overall I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Turbo Tax. I am a tax preparer and previously have only used a professional tax preparation system. I did not expect to be so satisfied with this product.

What's great about it: Very easy to navigate the program and check for erors or missed items
What's not so great: Sometimes I had to go back to the beginning of a section to find a spot I needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

State Income Tax Issue

Overall I was pleased with how quickly I could file my federal return. I was frustrated with the state income tax filing (CT/MA). There was no clear direction that the non-resident state needed to be set up first until after the files were set up. Then it's too late to undo what you did. You may want to consider adding the ability to start over with any of the filings you have.
What's great about it: Easy to follow interface and easy to file
What's not so great: The state filing process did not work well especially when you earn income in two different states.

Turbo Tax Ease

This is probably the 10th year we've used Turbo Tax. Never disappoints, easy to complete, e-file, get refund due as a direct deposit.
What's great about it: Methodical, easy to understand, truly step by step
What's not so great: Need detail on where to send a 1099-R to the state of PA

Makes Tax Filing ALMOST fun!

I've used Turbo Tax for many, many years. It makes tax filing almost fun since it does all the calculations and asks all possible questions. I do wish, though, that I knew why taking the standard decuction was best for us this year, since it has never been best before. I had put in a lot of time and effort keeping up with qualifying deductions and entering them into Turbo Tax. I wonder how much the standard deduction actually saved us, and how far off we were from being able to itemize.
What's great about it: Does all calculations and asks appropriate quesions
What's not so great: Did not tell what our taxes would have been if we could have itemized
