Easy to use. Visited several of the "answer" sections and always got the answer I needed.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions for a non-professional taxpayer
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

Seems to get easier each year to file with Turbo Tax. Thanks so much for all of the things you do to make this so.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax walks you through the process, just answer the questions and it will fill out the correct forms
What's great about it: Just fill in the Blanks
What's not so great: non

Great Experience (for the most part!)

Great experience again .Have used this product to do our taxes for several years. It's a great experience.
What's great about it: Entering easy - asks lots of good questions . Makes the process very easy. Great to see the "what you owe/refund" as yo
What's not so great: At the end got "stuck and wouldn't transmit" had to reboot -several times - very frustrating. But eventually it worked.
