Turbo Tax is great

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2006, It seems to get easier every year ... in spite of the fact that the Federal Government seems to need more input forms every year. With Turbo Tax, the hardest part of my taxes is keeping all those forms together as they dribble in from here, there, and everywhere.

2013 Federal Return

Over all I have enjoyed TurboTax over the years but I do not get the feeling that I am included in the process. I enter data and receive an yes or no reply but I found it difficult to understand why I could not claim a tax savings, guess I just made too much this year and was not qualified due to earnings.
What's great about it: Easy to use

My taxes are generally very simple, but TurpbTax finds ways to make it easier to do every year. Wonderful product. This is my 8th year in a row using it.
What's great about it: Easy, obvious path through
What's not so great: None.

Took away the pain

Paying my daughters student loan these days. Can't claim it as cosigner. BOO to that.
What's great about it: Very detailed explaination of requirements to file
What's not so great: Almost overlooked an income blacket- probably my error
