Awesome! Have used TurboTax for years!

Easy, fast, user friendly. Have used TurboTax for years and would not consider using anything else.
What's great about it: Easy Easy Easy!!!! Covers all details and itemizations.
What's not so great: Seriously can't think of any.

Turbo-Easy!

I have been using TurboTax for several years now, and I will never use another program to do it. I put off doing my taxes until the last minute every year & TurboTax allows me to take care of this otherwise painful task very quickly. I used the e-file option for the first time this year & I see that I really should've gone that route sooner.
What's great about it: This program makes doing taxes easy!
What's not so great: Maybe put a little more explanation for people with what to expect if they are e-filing for the first time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Don't like the way Turbo tax displays information on forms from other states. When you are filing joint returns, the system should populate all information under the columns for the correct person (tax owed/due). Instead the system populates tax owed or due information under the primary person even though the primary did not make the money in the other state.
What's great about it: Generally works well.
What's not so great: Don't like the way Turbo Tax displays information on forms from other states.

Took hours from my life

I did not find that the Turbo version of the questions made them easier to understand than the IRS version and in producing a clear record it required me to document far more than I did on the IRS forms. I don't know if it saved me money or not. I suspect that it did not find any ways to save me money I would not have found, although I can't be certain.I feel that I paid to spend more time and effort on my taxes.
What's great about it: It produced a much nicer looking return than I ever did
What's not so great: It took much more time than I could have imagined

Great program, except for those who do not have a fast internet connection. It takes FOREVER to download form updates and state return forms. Discovered this year that I cannot transfer program files and updates I made on my work computer to a disk, then to my home computer. Very frustrating. Not everyone in America has a fast internet connection. We need some alternative!!

Calming influence four days before the deadline

It helped me navigate a few special situations this year. It gives me access to ALL forms and knows which ones I need for each situation. I'd have been online all day trying to hunt them down. Thanks

Great product, as usual

Had a problem and Intuit was able to resolve. ast year I used online version of Premier and this year purchased local CD of Deluxe and for some reason my 2012 return was not available for download. Took three different reps, but problem got resolved.
I have been a happy Turbo Tax user since 2007.
