last two years I go to print out my return and it prints out rubish. pages and pages of what looks like could be russian.

I needed to override state tax withholding on my Schedule A deduction but could not because I desired to electronic file; I did not need that deduction but now will need to pay taxes next year on the refund.

What happened to sales tax deduction???

I have a lot of charitable deductions and it is time-consuming to have to scroll down to the next entry , instead of being able to return to the next spot. Also, put "add another charity" at the top of the page to save scrolling down, and the year should be built in, not needed to be added every time.

Forget the Post Office

I let my taxes sit on the computer until the weekend before filing, whether I owe money or will get a refund. TurboTax remember everything for me.
What's great about it: I like checkin year to year forms.
What's not so great: I don't always understand the change in taxes versus the change in figures from year to year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Help Desk Rocks!

I called the help desk when I received the error notice, after paying to e-file. Caleb was wonderful! Walked me through a few steps, when they didn't work, allowed me to obtain a new copy of the software online. It worked like a charm! Thank you, Caleb!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to follow the categories to complete return.
What's not so great: There was a glitch in the update that did not allow me to e-file.
