ENSURE TERMINOLOGY/WORDING ON W-2s, 1099s, etc, IS THE SAME USED IN YOUR SOFTWARE TO REDUCE CONFUSION TO CUSTOMER.
What's great about it: HELPS ME UNDERSTAND THE TAX LAWS AND PROCEDURES
What's not so great: THE TERMINOLOGY/WORDING IS NOT ALWAYS THE SAME FOR SOFTWARE AND IRS.

I Use Turbo Tax Yearly

With the exception of 2011 and 2012 due to extensive situations we have happily used Turbo Tax since they first started and are happy to be back with them!!!
What's great about it: TurBo Tax is Fast and More Importantly Accurate!

Overall a good experience as usual. Have been using TurboTax for at least 9 years with great success.

What's not so great: For some reason wouldn't read last years PDF so I had to re-enter all personal data

Excellent software program !

Having not been asked for my user name and password I'm not sure how turbo tax will be able to retain this years info for importing into next years tax preparation. Also I never did receive either the Obama care insurance info that was brought up during the process or how to set up the free keeping track of deductions throughout the year to make next years tax filing experience even easier. However all in all this is the BEST & easiest program for filing your taxes yourself !!! I would strongly recommend Turbo Tax !!!!
What's great about it: Very easy .Love the way it walks you though the whole process !
