Great Product

Wonderful program. Been using it for years. It handles nearly every situation in the average return, including rental properties, depreciation, investment income, and foreign taxes. My only suggestion is that they add a simple password to access the return while it is being worked on. As it is now simply starting Turbo Tax gives anyone access to all the tax forms being worked.
What's great about it: Works with nearly all everyday situations
What's not so great: No passwords required

Overall I like the ease of Turbo tax and how you have less work to do each year if you transfer over information. However, this year, I found a glitch that could have cost me significant $$$. I took a qualified IRA distribution with special circumstances. Turbo was ok with the "no penalty" part, but kept trying to tax me on the money that should not have been taxed. It wasn't until I manually set the tax to 0 that it worked! Had I not had prior info that it should not be taxed...Turbo would have led me into a problem.
What's great about it: Quick easy step by step
What's not so great: Found a glitch for my special circumstance

It prods me to enter information I might have ignored otherwise, and it explains why I should or should not do things and what the consequences might be. The program is far more thorough than I know how to be.

See above Cons. This caused a lot of problems since I had to reenter everything.
