Everything went smooth like usual. Only confusion comes when I worked in a different state for 3 months out of the year and getting both states figured out.
What's great about it: Took care of my taxes like a charm like usual
What's not so great: The confusion when having to do 2 different states taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Was able to do 2013 taxes for my family without any problems and liked that Turbo tax was able to walk us through the process without any problems.
What's great about it: Able to have problems fixed ASAP without any problems

Multi-state returns

cost of second state download is nearly as much as original Deluxe Turbo. Seems excessive.
I had multiple sources of Dividends and Interest. Error messages did not give clear directions as to the source of the errors and where to go back to correct them.
What's not so great: Cost of second state download. Confusing error messages

Turbo Tax Delux

I would sign up to recieve my Turbo Tax, but the delux version is more than I think that I need. I always use the standaard deduction and could probably get by with the standard version.
What's great about it: Easy and fast to use and send taxes in.
What's not so great: None

Not A Good Experience

I used turbo tax by downloading it from your website for 2012 tax return. This year i hoped it would be as quick and simple as it had been previously, however, that was far from what happened. I tried numberous times, waiting a day or a week in between to download the program online, but was never able to log in to the website. Come to find out that I was not alone with this problem. How can you run a tax company but your website has system errors that lasts over a month into tax season's end??!!
I ended up having to purchase one of your cd's to complete my taxes and STILL ran into problems. I had to dig through multiple files while entering tax info, because these things were not clearly marked, if mentioned at all. It took me hours to complete my taxes due to not being able to find the correct files to enter tax forms. I'm not sure what is so different from last years return and this years return, or maybe it was the difference between the cd and the internet download, but I hope it changes for next year or I will not be using TurboTax again.
What's great about it: quick efile
What's not so great: delays and confusion
