Great For The Visually Impaired.

Have been using Turbo Tax since 1996 or 97. It is an excellent product for the visually impaired as it makes reading the tax forms very-very much easier! Completing the forms with a computer is a 1000-x easier than struggling with forms provided by the IRS. I have had only one tax issue and that was my fault as I didn't have enough sense to read 1099 completely before making my decision. I paid for that and am a sadder but wiser man. The IRS is a good teacher but my wife was a better one.
I come at your product from a different angle even though Turbo Tax is an excellent-excellent product! Any tool that makes the lives of the blind and visually impaired easier or better gets five stars from me. GREAT PRODUCT!!
What's great about it: Easy To: Read, complete legibly, and paper backup. Great for mathematically challenged and those who write like my Dr.

HSA process needs work

I 'trialed' putting in an HSA contribution, to see what it would get me. Later I realized the number had to be changed ... but doing so required going directly to the forms ... and then adding a correction during error check ... a clumsy process.
What's great about it: all but an easy ability to update HSA contribution
What's not so great: difficult to adjust HSA contribution
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Form 8606 is very difficult to locate. Most of your forms are progressive and at least refer you to others you need but this one is not. If a person does not already know it is needed there is nothing to refer to it.

Easy Filing,Year After Year

I have been using Turbo Tax for personal and business Federal and State returns for a number of years. This product saves hours of reading and research of the rules and changes, and is a simple step by step process if you have a basic understanding of the tax filing process. It is important (if I need to mention it) to have all your documentation at hand, especially if you have not been using Turbo tax to keep records of expenses and deductions. I use e-file and feel confident that I have filed a correct return(s) and that my balance or refund is accurate. Highly recommended.
