This product makes the process of filing your taxes actually enjoyable, if that's possible.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through the entire process. Very easy to use.

I've been using TurboTax for years. I wouldn't try to do my taxes without it or use another software either. I'm a fan!

Fast and easy to use.

Most of the info was easily input; However had a difficult time finding the place to enter the Health insurance amount from the Federal Form 1099-R. I have use TurboTax over 6 years and would not change products.
What's great about it: Easy, Convenient
What's not so great: Could not easily find where to input Health Insurance from CSA Form 1099R.

I have using Turbo Tax for years an it keeps getting better.
I had to contact support several times and they were extremely helpful.
What's great about it: The software keeps getting better each year

I Hate Tax time

It was nice not having paper work scattered all about and have to look for this or that paper work. When it was nicely organized and you could go right back to the pages.
It was a pain to get back to the site of my taxes. The icon led me back to having to the very start, going back to having to purchase the software, which I had already paid and downloaded.
What's great about it: I like not having scattered paper work. Like organized paper work on screen.
What's not so great: Was confussing to get back onto Turbo Tax, had to jump thrrough hoops and sig sags...

Got Money Back This Year

Overall this is a much easier process than going to a tax service.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Just follow the directions. Easier than a tax preparer.
What's not so great: Downloads every time I come back to it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Trying to file was not easy as the signatures matched but program kept saying there was not a match no matter what I did.
What's great about it: Found everthing I needed to do very easy.
What's not so great: Had trouble with the signatures as could not find problem
