Ease of use when converting partnership to Sch C

I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to handle the depreciation when converting from 1065 partnership to sole proprietorship on Sch C. I thought I would have to force the depreciation manually into the Form ... but the interview method worked liked a dream and easily handled past depreciation already taken on the assets.
What's great about it: very easy to convert a 1065 partnership to a sole proprietorship on Schedule C
What's not so great: none

stable and mostly easy and good

Program was easy to use and pretty thorough. the only problems i had were trying to look at last years forms and no matter what i did Turbo tax would not take my debit card for efile payment I had to print and mail the state return , I tried 2 different credit cards,
What's great about it: easy to use and thorough
What's not so great: would not let me pay to file state electronically

pretty easy, but a few hard spot because of a few changes on your part from last year. Got hung up a few times and had to call, but your support staff was very helpful.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: things have changed from last year, and when you make a mistake, you have to call turbo tax to fix it

I found Turbo Tax reasonably easy to work with. I have used Turbo Tax since 2010 and will continue. It is much easier than I anticipated and any errors happening to me was my own fault.
The online help and assistance much exceeded what I had expected. A special thanks and 'adda boy, girl' to Alcia, the tech rep who bailed me out of a difficult situation. Thanks again!

Question posted online for help by another but matchin).g my ? as well still had not been answered sev days later. Finally, deleted all investmt info & started from scratch to resolve. Should be more clear as to add'l costs. Price of states rises closer to deadline (but investmt info comes so late, nitemare when had to refile when filed too early 1X (& Turbo cost me an arm & leg that time. Thought selling house was going to be big deal & easy walk thru made it simple. Unsure why last yr Turbo did not show up (same computer) so had to reload info.
What's great about it: Phone person eventually resorted to EXCEPTIONAL. Walks you thru
What's not so great: Multiple state filing confusing & costly. So frustrated with error correctn in investmt sales
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

StateTax Mail-in Option

I first selected to efile the state return, the I selected the back option and selected do not efile, I'll mail it later. I expected mailing instructions for the state, but was not given that option. So it not clear how I would have proceeded with the mailing process, since I was not given instructions for that. I subsequently efiled, but still don't know how I could have changed my mind and mailed it in.
