Just a few minor issues with the definitions of some items. One is the mortgage deduction. It doesn't indicate that home equity loans are also in this category.
There is a lack of explanation regarding a 1099G. On the MA state return, one is allowed to contribute to various state charitable funds (organ donation, aids fund, etc.) after taxes are calculated and these "donations" actually add to the state tax owed. However for some reason one is "taxed" on this donation on the federal return as the 1099G is reported as income. It is never returned so how is it income? Maybe some detailed explanation is required.
There should be a way to keep old charity names even though one hadn't contributed to it in a tax year. It is inevitable that one may do so the next year.

I have used TurboTax for 15+ years. It is a superior product. I recommend this product to my friends because anyone can follow Step By Step. It definitely deserves a 5 star - it even helps you fix your errors. I recommend that TurboTax have you review the Dependency status in Step By Step to avoid having to refile. My grandson was a dependent in 2012 and this was imported into the 2013 return. A minor problem and one I should have fixed before filing
What's great about it: Faster than a speeding bullet!
What's not so great: Deserved 5+ stars. Had to refile 3 times due to my misunderstanding.

TurboTax was easy to use. It's importing of information from last year's returns saved much time and effort.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Unable to enter second source of Foreign Taxes Paid on a fund

Saves a ton of reading from doing on your own, and you can still read to understand what it is doing. And when it is done, it is with CONFIDENCE!
What's great about it: Easy prompts. Allows for retracing steps, editing.
What's not so great: Really can't think of any!

Saved so much time!

I am not computer savvy. I struggled with TurboTax the first year, due to having to learn to navigate the program. I made some omissions, but TurboTax caught them all!
Now, I am TurboTax Savvy and taxes are a breeze! I have introduced TurboTax to my entire extended family. They all love it as much as I do. I am thrilled to know that I can count on TurboTax in the years to come.
What's great about it: TurboTax autofilled most of my return. Saved so much time.
What's not so great: can't think of any

NY State e-file info within TTax 2013

Information on e-filing inNY state is inaccurate. You display no useful information about exception conditions which preclude e-filing in NY stae. Please read the e-file restrictions on the NY state Dept of Taxation web site as in my case I am precluded from e-filing based on AGI on other issues.
What's great about it: I have always used TTax and until now never had an issue with your research
