Can be improved

Each year when I use TurboTax, I encounter a problem. Often, a solution is available through the help centerand this year, I needed it 3 times. Sometimes, though, a problem arises which seems to be a flaw in the software and there is no practical way to get a solution. This time around, the software forced an additional contribution to my HSA, attempts to override were input but triggered a loop in the review that was impossible to get out of. Following help center recommendation, I tried to 'cancel override', but there was never any option presented where I could do this. I went back twice and redid the HSA contribution and eventually accepted what seems an incorrect calculation.
So, I think there should be a support mechanism through which users can report what they consider to be software errors. You will undoubtedly get a lot of mistaken reports, to which you can respond with boilerplate "we checked and it's OK" answers. But it will make the software more bullet proof (and audit proof).
What's great about it: Thorough, good hand holding, flexible
What's not so great: Don't always know how it figured up something

Still a great product!

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years now. Every year I say I'm going to pay someone to do my taxes but end up buying the software. It's just so easy to complete them with the Turbo Tax software from the comfort of my own home.
What's great about it: Looks for all possible deductions
What's not so great: Haven't noticed one yet

Helps you avoid audit snagging mistakes by not permitting unallowed deductions. Allows you to get questions answered when you need them by directing you to on-line help forums and/or documents. Allows you to jump forward or back to address items as you get documentation. Breaks down a complicated process into complete but simplified steps.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, carries data forward, does all computations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

IT'S AN EXCELLENT SYSTEM HAVE USED IT 15 YEARS

I ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS. I GIVE THE SOFTWARETO RELATIVES AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS. I TELL PEOPLE TO FIRST HAVE YOUR USUAL PREPARER DO IT. THEN TRY IT YOURSELF WITH TURBO-TAX AND COMPARE THE OUTCOMES. I ALSO ADVISE PARENTS WITH COLLEGE CHILDREN WHO NEED TO FILE EARLY WITH SCHOOLS FOR STUDENT LOANS. THEY'VE HAD TERRIFIC SUCCESS IN THAT REGARD.

What's not so great: I'M HAVING A PROBLEM PRINTING? I'M IN A LOOP.
