Somewhat frustrating

have not been able to e-file the past two years because I cannot get rid of K-1 errors. I don't get a K-1. I don't need a K-1 but I had one three or four years ago.
What gives on this?
What's great about it: good review of all categories
What's not so great: cannot get rid of a ghost k-1 that I do no need

I have used TurboTax for eight years and it gets easier to use each year.

My return this year was more difficult this year because of my financial status, so the time element was much greater than usual. I also needed an update which caused several errors.
I called for help however and had the greatest assistance. She stayed on the line with me for 2 hours! She was very patient and kind.

What's great about it: Software takes you through all steps of the process.
What's not so great: Difficulty in getting downloads

The Best Tax Software!

I've been using various tax programs for years. To me TurboTax is the easiest to use and has the most help built in to the product. I won't use anything else ... not even a paid preparer.

I keep using TurboTax because it is straight forward to use and feels very comprehensive. When I have my documents organized it does not take long to input the information and complete my taxes. I do wish the sections on deductions for business use of equipment etc. would be worded, and also be made clearer for professionals who do a larger amount of work at home, but do not have a business. They are simply professionals (in our case educators) paid on salary, with deductible expenses. Navigating business terminology is challenging at time. Still Turbo tax has worked, I have found answers and our taxes are filed on time every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and comprehensive
What's not so great: Could use more detail for educators

I started using Turbo Tax years ago. I didn't think it could get any easier to use from previous years. They must really listen to their customers because each year they find a way to make it easier than the year before.
