State forms ragged at first but quickly fixed.

This is my third year in a row utilizing your turbo tax product. Each and every year, I am more and more impressed. Short of some disaster, I will not use any other process to complete my tax returns. I really like the logical steps the program follows and nothing gets missed. I have done my own taxes for many many years, Turbo Tax is the best.
What's great about it: Everything very comprehensive.
What's not so great: Ur email said forms were ready, but were not.

great software & tax refunds

I've been using turbotax for the past 5 years. It makes the dreaded task of tax preparation easier. Turbotax also shows how complicated the US tax code is & why our country should have a flat tax. Sorry Turbotax.
I like the income & tax summary at the end of the return showing my tax information over the past several years.
When I reviewed my income & tax summary & compared It to the national average, it looks like the national average income & tax information is misleading. Turbotax should also show the median income & tax information in the summary.
What's great about it: software easy to use
What's not so great: had a problem entering information for FORM 1098-T

So Good..and Sooo Easy

I've used tax preparation software for years but this is the one I keep coming back to. First, it is so easy, they guide you through everything and if you do have a question, there's a community of answers you can connect with as well as great customer support help! Then they really do tease every deduction out, even ones that I would not normally think of. I love the Its deductible package. We give lots of stuff to charities each year, most in mint condition and I would always underestimate the value. When you use the deductible tool , its like wow, did that just add up to thousands when I was thinking like $15?
What's great about it: Ease, Accuracy, Wizard
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is an easy way to file taxes; you can work at your own speed, stop whenever you want and pick up where you left off. If your taxes are not terribly complicated, this is the way to file them.
What's great about it: no stress
What's not so great: none

this is very easy to use but like for me this year I wanted to make sure I did everything right due to the fact we sold and purchased a home this year. I needed to feel secure in that input everything correctly. so I you asked some simple questions like that it might help some.
What's great about it: very easy to work in
What's not so great: a little less accounting jargin and more straight forward

Tax Season is a Breeze

Only way to file your taxes. Turbo Tax is quick, easy, and accurate. We filed both federal and state in only a couple hours. I will be using Turbo Tax every year (I think this is the 10th year in a row I have used it).
One flaw, it waited until I finished entering my tax info THEN it checked for updates to the program. It should do this as the very first step when you bring up turbo tax. Anyway, Feb 2nd and both my federal and state have been filed (now if Turbo Tax/Intuit would just pay my tax bill!).

I love this program. It is so easy to do my yearly duty. This program is fantastic. If you have a hard time using this program....my guess is that......well, nevermind.
What's great about it: Simplicity in its finest form
What's not so great: I really can't think of any. Everything that I needed was covered.
