It took a while, but, it was clear as possible!

Overall, this was a good experience and I am confident that I will not get audited, lol! TurboTax did all the math, so, all you had to do was answer questions. Discerning whether a certain deduction applied to you was difficult sometimes because the explanations used CPA vernacular as opposed to "laymen's" terms. It took a little longer than I wanted, but, it saved me the tax prep money and I'm confident in what I itemized being correct. I increased my refund from last year as well. I did not like how the software tries to scare you into buying the more expensive audit protection. Why say your software is so great if you're going to gently contradict that by encouraging audit protection? It is a little scary the first time, but, I think this was clear enough so that the financially competent beginner can use it. It also educates you to what you need to pay attention to for taxes next year.
What's great about it: Goes piece by piece, provides clarity wherever possible, does all the math for you
What's not so great: Some of the explanations required further research and tax knowledge to understand

I have used TurboTax consistently for about 15 years and it has always been a breeze! I just wish I didn't have to pay to E-file my state tax return.

Used for umpteen years now

I've use Turbo Tax for many years, and have never had any problems with it. I recommend it to anyone. I like that the info is carried over each year, saving lots of time. I also like the line by line comparisons with the previous year.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use and navigate thru
What's not so great: seems to have changes each year that are unfamiliar

Turbotax gets better every year!

I have been using Turbotax for years. Each year, although the US Federal tax laws are unbearable, Turbotax makes the process as painless as possible. Thank you for a great product, for constant updates, and for giving the average person the ability to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: Turbotax walks you through every step of the tax form process and has excellent advice too.
What's not so great: Sure do wish the states would allow e-filing without a fee.

This version was rolling up totals without any explanation of sources. To wordy. I will not put in my email address simply because your organization need to do a QC and QA prior to release and should have a non professional focus group enter tax data and test the system. You should also have a minimal mail print out for filing and a complete printout for saving in personal files. The mail tax return version has to many pages and is thus a waste of time, paper and ink. Using the customer zip code and refund or due to determine the correct IRS return address. Then print a business size envelope so your customer does not have to copy or retype IRS tax addresses. It could also use the address of the return mailer to print a return address on the envelope.
What's great about it: not much
What's not so great: confusing questions had to go to outside sources for answers
