I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. It's easy to use and goes through each step in detail.

It has a great intuitive interface. guides you through each of the tax questions and provides IRS law information to help educate you on what you are putting down and why. Does a great job of letting you know if you forgot something or if you are making a mistake by putting something down. This is the best solution for anyone that doesn't require an accountant on thier payroll.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through every process, keeps me from making mistakes
What's not so great: State portion could have better explanation.

useful, easy to edit.

not sure how to improve, but having an option of range of IRA investements vs savings would be a nice feature rather than trial and error and the going back to do it again.
What's great about it: steps through each step nicely, nice to be able to go back and edit anything
What's not so great: some questions seem like double negatives, have to think twice about answer

I have been pleased with the program for many years now. the only issue I have had has been the purchase price, but that has not stopped me due to being a fan of the program.
What's great about it: simple to work with as it has been for many years
What's not so great: not able to eliminae an entry resulted in double entry. Finally i started over.
