Really disappointed in the trouble it was to transfer information from the 2012 turbo tax. On one form it wouldn't transfer anything. I've been using turbo tax for years and don't like having to enter all of the information like it was my first time. Really disappointed in it!

For the most part easy to use and the step by step instruction picked up the many quirks with our tax preparation.
What's great about it: Step by step it is easy to use

Made my life a better place to be for Tax prep.

The flow from the Income section to the review section was smooth. Helpful hints were appreciated for helping made the right decision. The Service Representative Ryan was very helpful in my completing the final payment section for my State e-file.
What's great about it: The total Turbotax package. Great for item deductions.
What's not so great: None to report. Next year I will get Quicken to speed things up more.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

After being audited many years ago after using a Nationally known Tax Preparer. I was audited every time they did my taxes. After the second year in a row of having to sit and explain myself, I said enough is enough! the next year was when I started using Turbo Tax and the stress at tax time dropped. Now, knowing what is needed for prep has lessened the stress that used to arise when Preparring for Tax time. Turbo Tax has been a help. Thank you!
