Consistently good

Same UI as last year, easy to go back and forth forms to guided. Didn't cover military pay exemption for Michigan properly on guided steps.
I'm not liking the excessive fees for second state returns or state e-filing.

I appreciate the methodical thoroughness of walking through each category and the explanations provided for the things that I do not understand. I also appreciate comments such as "This is not normally used", or such to help me make a decision on some obscure category applicability. Also, I appreciate the fact that the software is updated throughout the process of preparing and finalizing the return.

Help on question

Sometimes TurboTax asks a question and you may not be exactly sure what is requested. Help does not give you help related to the page you are viewing. It would be nice if pressing the help button would provide additional help for answering the questions before you.
What's great about it: There are many questions with links that offer help
What's not so great: Some questions are confusing

Cannot print report

Cannot print my report. I have tried for days to print this report on 3 different printers, but it begins to print at the top of each page and then nothing else prints. I have wasted my time and packs of paper trying to print this report and it just does not print.
I will not be coming back to Turbo Tax, if I fail to print the report. I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years, but I can not do it again without the ability to print off all my reports.

PA State return has issues

I lost about $40 refund because TT refuses to fill out PA State tax forms correctly. It does not copy 1099INT BOX 2 penalty to State form. PA allows you to deduct interest penalties above the interest collected on Schedule D as a property loss. TT wouldn't even let me access schedule D! The fed return gave me credit for the loss but not the state, which IS allowed.
What's not so great: TT doesn't copy forfeited interest to PA Schedule D
