I had to upgrade to Preium tlad the 1099 B
there sold be ome sortof discount sinc I was forcdt upgrade

What's great about it: Easy interface
What's not so great: couldnt load 1099B

About as easy as you can get doing it yourself

If you have a fairly straight forward return it is great. If you get thrown a curve ball like an inhericance that comes on a 1099-R and you are confused you either pay money for the added advice or depend on the group that may or may not know any more than you.
What's great about it: Plug and play
What's not so great: Pay for extra support

I have done my taxes with turbo tax for many years and not ever had a problem until this year. It was my mistake not theirs but I finally found a number to call and only waited for about 2 minutes and my problem was solved even faster!! The lady was very helpful and kind

Never let me down

If you have a computer and know how to type, or not, this is the program for you. It has always been easy to use but this year I had to go back a couple of times because what it listed to do did not show up. Got to streamlined but I muddled through it.
What's great about it: Have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 yrs now and it gets better every year.
What's not so great: lumping categories together

Great software. Saved me money. But I had a problem with how to handle a 1099R. found help online after hours of searching. Turns out the software handles it, but posting a hint would have helped.
What's great about it: Easy, Friendly, Smart
What's not so great: No help screen on 1099R I needed
