fees and cost keep especially state returns

used to be the best but with the hidden fees and costs and very high cost for state (the easiest ) will not be using again

Easy to Use

Love Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: This literally walks you through every step. Any one can do it.
What's not so great: Cost of software plus the cost to efile is a little higher than the local tax professional would charge.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Should Have Used Sooner

I've used TurboTax for about 4 years now and wonder why it took me so long to get on the band-wagon for going to an automated program and not just doing it manually. I find it VERY user friendly and will continue to use this program in the future.
What's great about it: Love the ease and not having to worry about doing the math.
What's not so great: Had a little trouble getting back to the errors found

Overall great experience

I've used turbo tax for years it's easy and cheaper than having a preparer do my taxes. I've never had any real problems although I did prefer some of the earlier versions. If you had questions the earlier versions were more "idiot proof" with easy to click on videos and help questions. The newer version requires a little more clicking around to find the info. Not a big deal unless you have a form you are not sure whether you need to enter or you don't completely understand whether you qualify for a deduction. Like the option of being able to get a text to see progress of return.
What's great about it: easy to use, confident in outcome
What's not so great: some of the IRA and 401k input can be confusing liked earlier versions better

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets easier. I really like how they pull information from the previous year to make the tax experience smooth.

You guys make filing taxes so easy and simple. The hard part is trying to keep myself organized throughout the year so that entering all my information is a breeze. Thanks for this great tool
