Great way to file. My Daughter has also experienced a great way to file with Turbo Tax. It is now used in the family except one who doesn't do his taxes.
What's great about it: Excellent way to file ones taxes

Turbo Tax Saves Me Time and Frustration

There were a few questions about some more complex issues that required that I contact the Turbo Tax Experts and they helped me through it quickly. It was a great experience.

Oregon return explanations lacking

The federal return prep was fairly easy. But the Oregon return had many required entries for additions to income and subtractions which had no explanations. It was impossible to understand what was being asked for. I had to go the State site to get a copy of the instructions for any explanations.
What's great about it: Federal return prep good
What's not so great: Oregon return explanations lacking

Would not acknowedge my tax preparation fee

I put in my tax preparation fee, but the tax summary showed it as zero.

I love that the previous year's data floods in, this is a great time saver. In addition the side by side comparison helped me make some financial decisions for this current year to better manage my finances which will hopefully reduce my taxable income for next year
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step process
What's not so great: Some times the drop down explanations are not clear

Excellent experioence...detailed and very user friemdly with and easy interface.

What's not so great: Some forms are confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
