So Quick , So manageable

the program is easy to follow and this being done by one who is intimitaded with the tax process. Greatly reduces the stress level and being able to save and return and back up if needed to refresh one's mind is extremely helpful.
What's great about it: the flow of sections is easy to follow and informative

My overall experience was quite good with your product (Turbo Tax). My one complaint is that it didn't coordinate with last years return (2012). Now maybe I didn't see where it gave me that opportunity, but it was not clear from my view point. Next year I would like to make sure it does coordinate with this years return. How is that done? Thank you for the product it is fairly straight forward in stepping us through the process. Tim

Great way to do the taxes.
We can get past the complications of foreign money, investments, what state, what country, etc.

What's not so great: Website is a little bit confusing for taxpayers with minimal income and deductions

One suggestion. On the charitable donation segment, the indiividual charities are listed in the order they are entered. If you add some new charities on the most recent return, they are entered at the bottom of the list in Turbo Tax. It would be helpful to enclude an option to sort the charities alphabeticly since that is how I and many other people keep track of our donations. Thank you.
What's great about it: I liked the directed, logical approach.
What's not so great: I found the foreign tax credit area somewhat confusing.

No More Headaches

You know that you get the most current tax regulations since it automatically updates when you log in. You can stop a tax return and pick right back up where you left off at a later time if you need to. You can add audit support if you have a complicated return. It's a whole lot easier to use since you can pick what I call the "hand hold mode" or you can choose to explore on your own if you're a veteran Turbo Tax user.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, tracks year over year info, friendlier than my accountant
What's not so great: Doesn't include 1 free State e-file

Simple Process

Thought the entire process was quick and easy. Especially like the way charitable giving is set up.
