I have used TurboTax for 14 years and I will be back next year. The first two years I went to my usual tax professional and compared Turbo Tax results.Since then its just Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Lots of usefull information in the help section.

2013 Turbo Tax

Easy to use. Gives me a choice to complete form by interview or entering information directly on the form
The price of deluxe copy went up. May because of the are five free efile of Federal included. I only needed one.
Overall: It is a good product. I will buy it again.
I would recommend it to a friend.

Turbo Tax has suited my needs even as my job status has changed into retirement. I thought I might have to hire someone but I think I will be OK continuing with Turbo Tax. I will have to provide all the information for someone I hire anyway so I think I will just continue with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Guides you step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes it is hard to recognize the different categories but it helps to have the last year return to compair
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Organized my move to a new state

Moving to a new State at the end of the year, buying and selling property, getting laid off after committing to the move, balancing Pension/ IRA withdrawals, etc made for a big headache. Turbo Tax and its user friendly software as well as advice by phone made the 2013 Filing a breeze.
What's great about it: Started with previous years Turbo Tax return and added new State for partial return which made everything logical/organi
What's not so great: Can' find any

A breeze to install & use. Depending on your financial circumstances, you can be done with your taxes in a snap! The program can hold your hand and walk you through the process or you can fly through most everything on your own. It is very comforting to have this program in your corner.
What's great about it: Easy to install & Use -Lots of guidance available.
What's not so great: A bit pricey.

What's great about it: Easy to understand, follow, and make corrections or adjustments
What's not so great: Some of the explanations seemed a little incomplete but probably a comprehension problem on my end!
