Great Tax Program!

Turbo Tax is a great tax return software program. We have been using it for YEARS! It is easy to use, thorough, helpful, and allows you to complete at your own pace. It is great how everything from the federal return transfers right into the state return. Couldn't be happier!
What's great about it: User Friendly, Helpful Assistance, Thorough

Quick and Easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past eleven years. I can do my taxes in less than a half hour and have them on the way electronically. I like the fact that I am updated on the status of my refund as it is processed. There have been times when I've gotten my refund in as quick as a week!
What's great about it: Quick intuitive UI that allows me to skip sections that don't apply to your situation.

Still a great product!

I am a long time TurboTax Deluxe and It's Deductible user. However, I have noticed in the past few years that some of the features I like seem to have been dropped out. One of the most convenient of those was the ability to download and import my W2 from ADP or my company's payroll provider. This feature seems to be no longer available or no longer intuitive to use (since I couldn't find it#.
Also, the Hawaii State form is still not working as it should. I had problems electronically submitting it last year. Though those problems seem resolved now #so far) I am unable to print this years forms without a confusing watermark added to the N-11 state form. TurboTax says the forms and filing are complete and it passes the reviews at the end. However, the form will not print without the "DO NOT FILE" and "FORM NOT FINAL" watermarks. I can't seem to find anything helpful in the help either in this regard.

I have 2 children in college. I can file my taxes ASAP and turn around within a few days and file my childrens FASFA's without worrying if I am going to miss the deadlines of running the risk of not being enrolled for the following semester. Thank you TurboTax.
What's great about it: Makes turn around time into filing FASFA so fast and easy
