easy to load, good updates, I don't know why this version did not pull info from 2012, but this was a minor inconvenience. as usual, made this thankless task more bearable.
What's great about it: good tutorials

Would like to see when the review is done and something is found to be wrong that a click on that error would take you to the place the error occurred and allow you to correct it. There was a problem with Arizona Form 140, line b6 and was unable to find how to correct entry.
You should have been able to see this error and provide correction.

I have used TurboTax for several years and would recommend anyone still doing it the old fashioned way or paying high prices to get it done to consider changing to this. You can't beat it.

Doing your taxes is such a pain. I'm not sure what I would do without Turbo Tax. Been using it for years, so have been thru all kinds of iterations. The best feature is that they bring in your returns from past years to jog your memory on deductions, expenses, etc.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some questions didn't understand what they are talking about

We find this software to be excellent. It is holistic and helps us to understand what we have to do in the future so we don't have to pay so much! It is totally user friendly.
What's great about it: The software is awesome even if I didn't like the results. It will help me to plan for the future.

HATE TAXES/FORMS

ENTERING INFO ABOUT AN HSA (HEALTH INSURANCE) NEEDS TO BE RE-WORDED AND HAVE BETTER EXPLANATIONS! THIS SECTION JUST TOOK FOREVER AND THOUGHT I WAS ANSWERING EVERY QUESTION WRONG! FINALLY GOT SOME HELP FROM THE 'COMMUNITY' AND SO HOPEFULLY ALL IS RIGHT!? THESE NEW INSURANCE ITEMS NEED SOME WORK.......
