Great until the end

As usual, Turbo Tax was easy to use and helped me get every last cent of refund (yay!). But when it came to e-filing, it wouldn't go through (even though I'd already paid to e-file my State return). Investigating online showed I wasn't the only one. I had to go through several times trying others' suggestions before it was successful. This is the first time I've purchased TT 'over the counter' (and got updates downloaded), also the first time I've had problems. I hope the glitch is a one-time thing and they figure out how to fix it.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through, everything is covered
What's not so great: Glitch when e-filing, apparently State e-file is a problem
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes Tax Filing Fun...almost

I've been using TurboTax for many years and each year it seems to get easier and easier. These guys really know what they're doing. Hats off to all the developers and support teams!

Flawless software and all the excellent features I have come to know for 15+ years using TurboTax. I pray for tax reform and submitting taxes on a post card next year as I have for 15+ years.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great to use year after year!
What's not so great: Taxes are so complicated I NEED a software program

The program walks a person through every step of the tax return process. It does not miss a thing, which takes the stress out of the filing process.
What's great about it: Accuracy and ease of use

just because different computer is used, no reason not to retrieve filing from previous year, other than that program is good, rest assure i will be using turbo tax next year.
should be more information how to used directly on line. people with a few deductions and and not much income will be a way to go and save a few bucks

Turbo Tax Easy

Great product; been using it for years and always amazed at how easy it is to follow, after hearing tax nightmares from some of my colleagues. I always recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Direct straight-forward instructions; easy to follow.
What's not so great: Need to automatically run update after installing.
