I have been using turbo tax for many years and haven't had any problems with it. It is easy to use and steps you through every thing. What a breeze to do your taxes.

I would like an easier way to chat with someone or more guidance with the error check. I was shown an error and had trouble figuring out how to fix it.
Otherwise, I found the software easy to use and I like the step by step guidance. This was the first time I have filed my taxes on my own and it was MUCH easier than I expected, thanks to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Step by Step with no complicated tax forms
What's not so great: not enough guidance with the error check

Well worth the money

I have used TurboTax for the last 7 years and will use it for as long as I am required to file a tax return. I like the ability to import all the information from the previous years return which makes the rest of the data entering as easy as filling in the data in the boxes from my W-2 and 1099.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate very easy to understand the explanations for deductions
What's not so great: My financial institution is not listed for auto import.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and provides me confidence that our return is accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions
