Had a little more difficulty this year.

I don't like the internet, so it isn't your fault that I goofed up a bit, but I was getting a little frustrated. Perhaps if I do my taxes earlier in 2015 ( for 2014) I won't get so frustrated. I've used TurboTax for quite a number of years, and everything has always worked out..

Could not find the answer to allow e-mail processing. But was ok to mail.
What's great about it: only have to enter answers
What's not so great: getting to file by e-mail was not allowed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like transporting from my investments, but I can't see where the information has gone to the forms. I like to double-check everything and where it goes, and if it's all there.
I want to be able to see tax forms filled in as I work.
I paid estimated taxes and still am paying a huge amount. Investments are my problem.
What's great about it: I like transporting from my investments.

My rating would have been an excellent except for the form update that wasn't explained when the error occurred on the schedule A form. I had to go to the help page and input my question to find out that there were updates that might be needed. Once I did that everything went well. I was a little worried until I got that figured out.
What's great about it: It was quick and easy
What's not so great: Schedule A Form Update through me for a loop

Turboed my 2013 return

For all the years I have used TT my biggest complaint is that when I save and quit and then restart it doesn't pick up where I left off. I often have to go through the same steps many times. Also there are some nuances of our situation that doesn't fit into an easy way in some of the steps.
What's great about it: Takes car of all the tedium and has imbedded all the tax laws
What's not so great: I hate when I stop and save and quit, when I go back it doesn't pick up where I left off.

Turbo Tax Experience

The instructions for saving and printing out copies of my return are confusing. Review copy, final copy, save copy?
Tried to use the connection to the IRS to obtain my pin # for electronic filing. After waiting 45 minutes for the form to load , I killed the request. I waited a few minutes and tried again. After 50 minutes with no success, I again killed it. I dialed the 866 number and got my pin # in 5 minutes.
What's great about it: Simple to follow
What's not so great: Confusing instructions for printing out returns
