Turbo all the way!

Overall Turbo tax is very user friendly. Provides a low stress tax preparation experience.
What's great about it: Simplicity

Undecided, not really sure if I save any money from having a regular CPA prepare my forms. The software could have been more intuitive when asking questions about when your spouse moved out of state and then yourself. Pertaining to state filing with non resident and part time resident forms.
What's great about it: Informed me of deductions didn't matter so I can stop waisting my time collecting that info in the future.
What's not so great: took my money to e-file and then it was unable to file electronically.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I feel comfortable filing my return using this software. It is easy to use and understand. I like having things explain easily.
I recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
What's great about it: I like the idea of being able to click on "Learn More"
What's not so great: When you get to the end of the return its not clear that you will have a chance to print your return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like working with turbo tax because I can import my personal and business data into TT without a lot of effort. This makes doing taxes easy and as painless as possible. I do wish however there was a little more explanation of some of the topics. In the past, before an import was done, The program showed you the individual amounts being brought in. That wasn't the case this year and it made it more difficult to verify the various amounts especially amounts that are totaled together.
What's great about it: Easy to work through.
What's not so great: Not enough explanation of some topics

TurboTax is easy to use. It is a great tool for the average taxpayer to use to file both their Federal and State returns.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything and helped gather all pertinent info.

Once again I used Turbo Tax to file my Income Tax. This is probably the 10th year I have used Turbo Tax and it seems like it gets easier every year....in my humble opinion.
My Significant Other started using Turbo Tax a few years ago and now does it on her own.
I highly recommend this program for the beginner or even the more advanced tax filer.
Next year I will use Turbo Tax to do my Income Taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, excellent reviews, easy to file
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind

My E-file did not go through the first time

I E-filed and 4 business days later I still had no confirmation. So I went back in and my status said I had not E-filed - scary!
Also, at one point it told me that I didn't qualify for education expense write off. So I closed the software and reopened, then it said I could write it off. I'm glad I closed and reopened.
