Easy and Fast

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always found it easy to understand and with the step by step process you don't miss anything. I also like that I can view the forms to make sure everything is correct before sending without printing. It is convenient and accurate and easy to file. I love the feature of Its Deductible so you can itemize your donations throughout the year and upload directly in Turbo Tax. No complaints about anything. Great product!
What's great about it: Step by Step so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: Can't complain about anything.

Loved the TurboTax Experience. Used HR Block Online in previous years and I loved the ease of TurboTax much better.
What's great about it: Well guided and easy to understand all the way though deductions and itemization

The best tax software

The interview is very thorough, which catches things that might be overlooked if doing the taxes manually.
There were a couple of minor bugs. (1) problems with form 1116 moving data over one column if the data for it is reviewed (I reported it and they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time). I misspelled one town name (Del Valle as Del Valee) and later corrected it - but the correction didn't make it to all forms and worksheets.
I would also like for the return cover sheet (which says how much is due or what the refund amount) is to tell me what my marginal rate (tax bracket) is and what the taxable income's range associated with that marginal rate is.
What's great about it: Seems to cover everything
What's not so great: Some minor bugs; Hard to go back to review what's already done

Almost Makes Taxes Fun

I've been using TurboTax for about 20 years now, and it makes doing my taxes very simple. The only time i've ever had a problem with my return was the one time I thought I knew better than the program and tried to trick it. IRS wasn't fooled for a second, and I should have let Turbotax do its thing. E-filing is a great addition, too. I also like the on-line community. It's much easier to get a question answered there than to try to contact the IRS, and it's cheaper than an accountant.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use, no math errors
What's not so great: have to do some forms by hand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When we can't process credit card payment for the state efile, we were forced to call help line. Attending customer service was very helpful and we were able to get through the payment. Thumbs up for phone customer service.
What's great about it: Pretty good until we were in the credit card payment for state efile.
What's not so great: Can't process state efile fee through credit card.

It's a great product. Have been using it for years. Last year I couldn't find a turbo tax program and bought a different kind. Couldn't work with it and drove 40 miles to find a TurboTax program.
What's great about it: Worked out ok. Been using TurboTax for years.
What's not so great: I missed the small notice and input all of my data, then had to go back and input my wife's
