Took much longer than I had anticipated compared to what I remembered from last year. Info needed regarding 401s and Roth IRAs seemed to be unneeded.
What's great about it: Went through many deductions i hadn't considered
What's not so great: Concerned on value of materiels donated

As usual, I completed my tax and had it e-filed in one day.
i work with worry about hitting all the income and deduction year after year.

I was having multiple issues mainly to the limited info my phone was giving me. Finally had to relinquish and call customer support. Max helped me fix everything that had been jumbled up due to the version of turbo tax. suggestion: DO turbo taxes on a computer to begin with!
What's great about it: super accessible
What's not so great: mobile access confusing

The only thing I can share with everyone is be careful making your entries and ask for help if you even think you did something wrong. The online helpers are great to talk to and will not make you feel guilty for not knowing the answers. I have used Turbo Tax since 1997 and never have any problems using it or asking for help.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hmmmm, I got nothin' sorry, everything is great
