Federal worked well KY State VERY POOR no HELP

VERY poor with KY State finally correct on March 31, 2014
When ARE you going to FIX the 2 previous tax problems same form. Notified the KY Revenue Office.

Meeting with KY Attorney General to file Class Action Suit against TurboTax. for years 2013, 2012, 2011.
What's great about it: Federal good
What's not so great: KY STATE VERY POOR look at KY blog 3 year SAME Problem

I added mortg int for $12930.00 instead of $1293.00. my other was around 5000 each. turbo tax should have caught the huge amount compared to my 2012 dedcutions.

Turbo tax was simple to install and use. It's step by step approach got me through a complicated return with no problems. When I had to go off the sequence, I was able to get the information I needed quickly.
What's great about it: Easy step by step approach
