State Form Needs Help!

I love that the state form is available but it is so hard to use. You cannot open it up into certain sections eg. income, deductions, credits. It requires that you go through the whole thing if you need to revise. Also, I think the filing fee is way too expensive.
What's great about it: Detailed questionnaires to make sure all subjects were addressed
What's not so great: Cost of state filing; No way to go into sections on state return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Thank you for such a wonderful product that is updated to perfection every year. I've been using this product for more than ten years now and have never been unhappy with the results, response from support, or the cost.
What's great about it: WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP WITH NO HICCUPS
What's not so great: CONS ARE IN PRISON, NOT IN TURBOTAX!!!

Error on Illinois State return

According to the letter received from the State owe the entire amount to the state for my employment in Wisconsin because of the reciprocal agreement and cannot claim a credit so instead of owing $ 170 per your program owe the entire $ 451.00 to Illinois
What's not so great: Illinois crecits are inaccurate

I have used this program for years and absolutely love it. I feel so confident using it. I have had absolutely NO problems using it.

Gets Better Every Year!

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years. It keeps getting better and easier. I used the H&R Block app once a few years ago. Happily came back to TT. I recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Quick and easy!

Didn't subtract MD Mil Retirement Exclusion

I have used this the past 4 years and only realized this year that it didn't subtract my military retirement exclusion of $5000 from my income.
What's great about it: Federal was great
What's not so great: MD state tax didn't include Military Retirement Exclusion
