I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to use every year.
What's great about it: I liked the enitire program
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got the Job Done

I bought the TY2013 Turbo Tax Deluxe and I am unhappy about some features previously provided in previous Deluxe versions moved to the Premier version. Will look at other programs next year.
What's great about it: Good instructions in general. I like being able to switch between "Forms" and "Interview" formats.
What's not so great: It seems like Intuit is removing some features in the Deluxe version to the Premium version .
Pros: I bought or sold investments

E-Filing

When I initially tried to e-file, I got the message that transmission failed because I had to install some updates. I tried this twice, without success. I then posed the question to you on line, and got a list of possible solutions. The first one worked, and I was able to e-file. I've used Macs for perhaps ten years, and this is this first "stumble" I've encountered. Please try to ensure it doesn't happen again. Otherwise, you have a great product.

efiling didn't work

after I paid for my state return to efile, the program wouldn't fie either fed or state. kept saying updates available. kept updating and it never stopped.

2013 Turbo Tax

Visually impaired and need to see information on line to better enter correct information and take MUCH less time doing this.
What's great about it: Good guidance in answering questions.
What's not so great: Very difficult to see entries with the light blue background. Change this please!
