TURBO TAX WAS QUICK AND EASY FOR ME. ALTHOUGH WHEN I TRIED TO PAY FOR THE E-FILING AND SELECTED TO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AN ERROR OCCURRED. I HAD ALREADY OPENED AN ACCOUNT PREVIOUSLY AND EVENTUALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO. EVERYTHING UP TO THEN WAS SO EASY A CAVEMAN COULD HAVE DONE IT. THANKS

Better Than Ever

I have used TurboTax since 1998 and the program just keeps getting better and better. I especially like the fact that whenever I start the software I get all the latest updates automatically and never have to worry that I am missing something. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: Easy to use and very intuitive
What's not so great: medical deductions section could be clearer

Not perfect, but easy and worthwhile

I love using TurboTax for the ease of use and the comfort of Audit Protection and knowing I got the best possible refund.
What I didn't like was TT not matching up to 'boxes' on my tax forms. On my 1041, TT was asking about things that never showed up on any of my forms, but when they did, they were obscurely labeled. Perhaps a tax form problem and not a TT problem, but I wish that JUST ONCE, Box 5a would just be Box 5a on here and you could go down an exact copy of your forms and fill in what you have- End of story. Instead, I'm hunting through pages of 'box' descriptions trying to see if I have anything to enter.
What's great about it: Ease of use, peace of mind
What's not so great: Uncertainty regarding specific 'boxes' on tax forms

I really like using TurboTax to prepare my taxes. Okay, "like" may be a bit strong, since we are talking about taxes here. However, I do get a bit frustrated when I have to pull out last years return to compare data. Data like sales tax. Odds are, I haven't moved and my sales tax is the same as last year. I just can't remember what that number is. To me, TurboTax would be so much if last year's numbers, answer, etc. were presented side-by-side throughout the "interview" process.
What's great about it: Much easier than doing taxes by hand
What's not so great: More data from previous year should be imported
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Yeah for Turbo Tax!!!!!

I have been using TT since 2008, I think. I have never had any trouble understanding the software, and have always been satisfied with the ease of preparation. I am not a tax expert by any stretch, but I feel comfortable when I send my returns to the Fed and State. Couldn't be happier with the product.

Taxes Made Easier

I like using Turbo Tax because it takes me through the process step by step. I don't have to worry about forgetting something.
What's great about it: The Step by Step makes sure you don't forget about something.
What's not so great: Doing taxes is never easy, no matter what you do.

Have used Turbo Tax for the past 5/6 years, no complaints, the program keeps getting improvements every year.
Even have my daughter using Turbo tax.
