This was a blessing for us. Last year I did our taxes and my mother's taxes. That was a nightmare!! This year with Turbo Tax it was so easy and STRESS FREE. My husband and children thank you.
What's great about it: So easy once we got started.
What's not so great: Please include installation instructions.

Deductions 2014

I have been using TurboTax for years. Never any major issues and always gets the job done quick and easy.
What's great about it: Easy to manuver
What's not so great: nothing to indicate the employer portion of benefits is NOT taxable until the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another tax deadline met!

I wish that I could have printed the synopsis statements along the way, ie, snapshot of your deductions and credits, a review of your numbers, a picture of your 2013 income, tax breakdown, your States bottom line. I wanted to print them so that I had an instant glance. I ended up having to do a screen shot, past into Word and format the page before I could print.
What's great about it: Still much easier than doing it by hand.
What's not so great: The cost of the Premier edition was more than I wanted to spend so I purchased the Deluxe version.

Quick-Easy-Uncomplicated

I've used TurboTax for the last five Income Tax Returns because people (me!) make mistakes but TurboTax won't. It's easy to use, reasonably priced, and TurboTax guarantees to stand behind all returns they prepare. Of course, I also enjoy the free e-filing that TurboTax offers, and I will definitely use it again next year.
What's great about it: Self-intuitive process that answered questions when they came up
What's not so great: Inability to add additional justification papers to an e-mailed version

Been using TurboTax for years and love it. Use TaxWise as a Vita Site Coordinator and find it to be terrible - makes me appreciate TurboTax even more.
What's great about it: Easy and clear instructions with detailed extra if needed
What's not so great: Paying for efiling state return

If you are looking for the easiest and fastest way to file your returns use TurboTax every year as I do. Been using since you put it on the market.
What's great about it: easy enough for a senior citizen to do in a snap!!
What's not so great: couldn't find any
