I have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years. Love it, so easy and I have never had any problems.
What's great about it: Explains in detail things we didn't understand

My 2013 Refund

Easy Process

I have had very simple returns for years.The convenience of e-filing is valuable to me since I have also used Quicken for years . The cost of purchasing the software and e-filing strikes me as a little high - thus the 4-star rating as opposed to a 5-star.

Refund made easy

Overall, We use Turbo Tax every year to file taxes and have a wonderful experience. Since we all use it, It would be nice to have at least 2 FREE state returns when you have more than one household using the same software. The ease of the software remembering our information year after year and providing prior year comparisons we have no reasons to switch and let anyone else handle our taxes.
What's great about it: Step by Step
What's not so great: It only comes with one free state

Love T-Tax

Retired for 12 years and been using T-Tax for over 15 years. My first use convinced to continue for all the following years. Won't change if you don't.
