Even though I've used TurboTax for more than 20 years, it's still getting harder. Cryptic advice, hard to get answers. Several times the suggestion to upgrade popped up when I was concentrating on what I was doing; in particular, I was checking how it deals with Schedule B, didn't seem to be correct compare to IRS pubs. Instead of helping, it proposed I buy"up".
What's great about it: still works
What's not so great: Amount of help and Ease of navigation. Non-subtle marketing.

Excellent product; have used it ever since it became available; would recommend it others.
What's great about it: Loved the interface, as always. Easy to use. Thorough!
What's not so great: HSA part was somewhat difficult to understand
