Helped the Elderly

For the first time in his 78 years, my uncle was able, thanks to your product, to get the largest refund in his life. He is very grateful and I am glad to have helped him get it.

I have used this product for over 10 years, and it gets better every year.
Walks you thru step by step and asks you all the questions to ensure that you don't make mistakes.
If you can get all the information needed for a tax accountant to file your taxes, you can do them yourself and save time and effort.

I liked the ease of being able to go back and forth and edit where necessary.
Liked the ease of e-file and printing the forms.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: yeses and noes lost when going 'back'.

Partial Refund

I thought the whole process went smoothly with the exception I have to pay in to the state ):
What's great about it: Easy to use and if you didn't know, you could get immediate help
What's not so great: Paying in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

In putting in the CA adjustments for my K1 form, the state form didn't have line numbers. It was confusing.
What's great about it: the questions. mostly easy to answer

E-filing is difficult

I updated last night. When I went to e-file this morning, it told me it couldn't transmit because there were updates. So I updated again, and had to start the filing process all over again. It happened again 3 more times. Why aren't updates done in the middle of the night so I don't have to update 3 or 4 times? Why doesn't TurboTax bring me back to where I was (trying to transmit) instead of going back to the beginning of the printing/filing process?
What's great about it: Easy to do taxes
What's not so great: E-filing was difficult
