Still Using TurboTax

Have looked at other tax software - but always have come back to TurboTax. Dopn't see how anyone that itemizes can get by without a program like TurboTax.
What's great about it: I've used for many years so my data transfers nicely from previous returns
What's not so great: Getting help or trying to look up actual Fed instructions for some sections is a bit tedious

Easy to use

All in all, I think this program makes it fairly easy for anyone with some computer experience to file their return.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax guides you through your return, step by step.
What's not so great: For some reason, every time I try to e-file, it is rejected by the IRS.

HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER TEN YEARS FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS.. HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE. FAST, ACCURATE AND EASY.

Too Complicated

Our tax code is just too complicated for the average citizen to understand and use. We waste millions of man hours pouring through thousands of pages of rules and regulations that are constantly changing. Our nation is drowning in a sea of paper work and it all began in 1913 when on about 3000 people had to file tax returns. in other words we need a Flat Tax and the sooner the better.
What's great about it: I understand my taxes
What's not so great: Need to simplify the IRS Tax code ASAP

Was 100% worth every penny, and saved me every-penny it could on my taxes! was a very user friendly systematic approach to filing your own taxes. Made it very easy and quick from start to finish!
What's great about it: step by step, systematic approach to self-completion of taxes
What's not so great: with-in the step-by-step system, had to choose to get more info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
