Easy to Do

I sure wish I would have gotten a refund. A few areas the wording is confusing but it is the IRS not turo tax that is confusing.
What's great about it: Simple easy to understand for the most part

Very easy to use. Step by step guides the novice user through all of the information required to get your return ready to go.
What's great about it: Found it extremely easy to use.
What's not so great: I never did figure out how to import Freedom info into Deluxe edition

All in all I love using turbo tax and will continue to.
What's great about it: easy to use, very user friendly, federal efiling is free
What's not so great: medical expenses break down is time consuming, state efiling not free

Tax Filing Made Easy

TurboTax takes you step-by-step through all possible credits and deductions, thus maximizing your refund. I bought a house this year and I have no worries about taking advantage of all tax breaks for home owners next year, because TurboTax will in the driver's seat!
What's great about it: TurboTax is VERY user-friendly, even for complete non-techies!

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years now. I have never had a problem. It is fast and easy. I would recommend it to anyone.
